This awards event was presented at the United Nations for
five years and hosted by national journalists such as Walter
Cronkite and Jane Pauley. Monetary and physical awards were
presented to journalists who provided extraordinary coverage
of hunger and third world development issues.
- USA for Africa/We Are the World
Historic recording event resulting in a number one platinum
single and album starring 45 major recording artists. The
event generated more than $60,000,000, which was distributed
in Africa for famine relief and small-scale economic development.
- UNCED/Rio Earth Summit
United Nations Environmental Summit attended by more than
150 Heads of State. The Summit established the blueprint
for sustainable growth and development.

This international environmental organization, headquartered
in Costa Rica, was formed immediately after the Rio Earth
Summit to help implement its recommendations.

Marketing campaigns for Discovery.com, the web site for
the Discovery network. Focused on cross network and brand

Ninety-nine (99) city concert tour sponsored by Dodge Trucks.
As a result of the city events, more than 2,000,000 pounds
of food was collected and distributed to local food banks
and pantries in each tour city.
- Hands Across America
Nationwide public event attended by 7,000,000 people with
title sponsorship by Coca Cola and Citibank. Raised $25,000,000
for hunger and homeless programs in the United States.
- Earth Train
Nationally sponsored cross-country train trip with organized
stops in six major cities. A nationwide competition selected
young people to be trained in environmental issues and learn
how to train others of their generation in each city stop.

- Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games/Torch Relay
